- How to send your testimonies?
If you are a FINCA client and your are pleased with our services that we provide to you, please send us an email providing us your details such as name and contact number and provide information on how FINCA loan has improved your well being. Send your letter via email (customer@fincakosovo.org) or send it to your nearest branch.
- How to write a proposal, suggestion or complaint letter?
If you would like to send us your opinion on a certain matter, a suggestion or a complaint letter, please do so via our email address and send to customer service (customer@fincakosovo.org) or via our branches by filling out our forms or phone us on (+381) 38 226 721.
With your proposal, suggestions or complaints, we will put an emphasis on improving your needs and building our relationship with you by improving service quality and become more responsive to your requests.
- How to apply for a job position?
If you have seen a position available in FINCA Kosovo that you would like to apply for or you just want to send your CV for general consideration, you simply send your cover letter and your curriculum vitae (CV) at the email address specified on the vacancy posting at recruitment@fincakosovo.com
Do not forget to specify the position for which you are applying on the subject line of the email.

There are many ways that you can apply for a loan at FINCA Kosovo. We are improving and making better ways for you to be contact and reach us with no hassle. These are the ways to apply:
FINCA Kosovo website has an application placed (apply for a loan) that is clear and easy for the new clients to fill and send.
Visit our nearest branch for easy access to loan and you can talk directly to our branch officers.
Call your nearest branch and ask for a visit at your home.
- Why do we focus on women?
It is a proven fact that women are more brave and resilient to poverty. Their ability to support their children and improve the living conditions of their families and extended family has shown a great effect to many countries in the world. Women are proven to be also more effective in running businesses as well as being more efficient into the usage of resources.
Kosovo has until now been very male dominant and we a change in the shift of womens role in the society. We are targeting these women in order for them to improve their standard of living and their families standard of living as well.
- What does FINCA offer that is different from other companies?
FINCA offers many things that other MFIs do not in Kosovo. Some services that we offer to our clients are:

- How can microfinance improve the economic conditions in Kosovo?
Microfinance activities do alleviate poverty by creating jobs, income and sustainable living to people. Microfinance activities integrate the unprivileged to develop small businesses and thus promoting development in their communities. These businesses are then able to attract employees and be enhanced.
- Can microfinance loans really help the poor and how?
Microfinance loans have helped many poor and unprivileged people around the world to build up small businesses so that they can provide for their families and themselves. Many financial institutions such as banks are not able to provide loans to low income earners or people who actually do not have any income because of the risks associated with it, but microfinance institutions are willing to take the risk because these unprivileged people are in great need of financial assistance.
- Why are microfinance loans different from other loans?
There are many features to microfinance products that are different from other financial institutions products, these are:
Offering of solidarity group loans which require no collateral,
minimal bureaucracy procedures to obtain a loan,
easier access to finance those who are living in hard to reach regions such as the rural areas,

- Are MFIs trustworthy?
FINCA Kosovo is a trustworthy MFI such as almost all MFIs in Kosovo that are credible and have proven records of success. There are many MFIs in the regions around Kosovo which people can go and visit if they are in need of a loan. MFIs are entitled to be transparent with prices, conditions and terms to the public as well as simple and easily understood terms and conditions.
- What is Microfinance Institution (MFI)?
A microfinance institutions (MFIs) are organizations which offer financial services to people who are in need of financial support such as low income earners or unemployed people. These institutions provide micro credit loans to young entrepreneurs, women with lack of resources and households with lack of income. MFIs serve as a major link to the population who do not have any access to financial resources by providing microcredit to support small and medium sized businesses, minorities, women, rural and low income populations.
- What is Microfinance?
Microfinance provides loans to the unprivileged, low income earners and entrepreneurs to start up businesses and enhance their already set up businesses. Microfinance offers many ranges of financial products which have been beneficial to the population of Kosovo. Every person is entitled to financial resources and improve their standard of living as well as provide shelter for themselves and their families. To do so, microfinance institutions provide these loans.
